REFUND POLICY
In order to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, we offer the following solutions. Should you have any inquiries regarding the Return & Refund Policy, please do not hesitate to contact our restaurant. The preparation of your order may commence immediately upon confirmation of your order. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
If you receive food that does not match your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately upon noticing any discrepancies in your order so that you may collect the correct food item.
For credit card transactions, you will be refunded the sales price associated with the error and charged again for the price of the new items.
For cash transactions, you will need to pay the difference if the new food item is of greater value than the food received in error. Conversely, if the new food item is of lesser value, you will receive the balance difference back as credit for the new item. In certain situations, we may also provide you with store credit.
Your order will be prioritized if you come to collect it. In all instances, please return the food order in its original container(s) to our host. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the food listed on your receipt, we will rectify the situation.
Please contact us immediately upon realizing that any food items were missing from your order. You are permitted to cancel the unreceived food prior to its preparation without any inquiries, and we will issue a refund to your credit card, provide a cash refund, or offer you store credit.
We prepare our meals fresh upon request, utilizing only the highest quality and freshest ingredients. We take significant care and pride in every dish we create. Should you receive food that is unsatisfactory due to personal preference or foreign objects, please contact us immediately. We will require the food to be returned in its original container(s) so that we can investigate and address the matter. A new food order will be prepared for you. If you prefer not to receive a new dish, we can issue a refund to your credit card, provide a cash refund, or offer store credit, but this will only occur after we have received the food in its original container(s) and confirmed the error at the discretion of the manager on duty.
